Who We Are
Launch Ministry is a faith-based non-profit organization established to expose young adults between 18-25 years old to opportunities that will promote healthy, productive transitions into adulthood. At Launch Ministry, we assist young people in a holistic transition by providing them with tools to develop life skills, opportunities to lead and serve, and by promoting spiritual and character formation.
Holistic life transformation, transformation that affects all aspects of life, is at the heart of our ministry. To become the people God has called us to be, we believe we must look at the whole person – the ‘head’: acquiring new knowledge, skills, and patterns of thinking; the ‘heart’: being new people through character and spiritual formation; the ‘hands’: acting in new ways through service and employment. Our desire is to create mentoring relationships, living communities, job training, discipleship, and more to guide “post-teens” into successful, independent lives.
What We Do
- Teach life skills classes
- Develop character through mentoring relationships
- Offer Bible studies and small groups
- Provide volunteer opportunities
- Build community through community dinners, worship nights, and fun events
- Connect people with employment
- Encourage deep discipleship through community living
- Network with churches and other service organizations to best serve young people
