Mark McKeever – Mobile Drop In Coordinator and Housing Program Case Manager
Mark comes to Launch from previous years of youth ministry experience as an associate dean in Student Development at Crown College as well as an Area Director with The Youth Investment Foundation/Timber Bay. Mark earned a Master’s Degree from Bethel Seminary, is married to Lorae and they have three sons and three daughters in-law. Dan Armstrong – Chaska Drop In Coordinator
Dan comes to Launch Ministry with advanced degrees in theology and special education. He has served as a youth pastor, an associate pastor, and an assistant professor of theology and ethics. He has worked in the field of specialty coffee for over 13 years, and has built coffeehouses for different ministries. For the past 10 years, he has worked in the field of Special Education (Emotional Behavioral Disorders and Autism), and for the past 7 years, he has served on the board of Launch Ministry. His past experiences from the above fields have brought an acute awareness of the depth of suffering that many quietly experience. He has a passion for tiny houses, and his dream is to use them in a way that reflects the heart of God toward those who suffer. His son, Alex, is the love of his life, and is a living reflection of the goodness of God.
Amanda grew up in adversity: childhood trauma, racial bullying, sexual violence and losing her best friend to suicide are only a few examples she uses to express what she’s had to overcome. She founded Zion Crisis Navigational Services, LLC. to provide the basic help that she did not have, but so desperately needed. While Amanda sought her own recovery, she built an organization and a network base that she is excited to share with Launch Ministry. Establishing an approach that doesn’t demand the trust of those she works with, but creates a Safe Space, to earn it. Learning the ins and outs of non-profits, socially conscious for-profits, government systems, and programs that many times failed her, has made Amanda an expert systems navigator. Amanda will continue to grow Launch’s Housing Program and Diversity initiatives with the same heartbeat that founded both her own and Launch’s organization: an invitation for God to create a safe and stable space for those whom He most cherishes. Amanda lives peaceably in Chanhassen Minnesota with her husband Jason, and their two sons, Zephaniah and Zechariah. She graduated from Crown College and Northwestern College with degrees in Biblical Theological Studies and Clinical Psychology.
