We are often asked what is needed to provide hospitality at the drop-in center and stretch the meager budgets of the young adults trying to be financially and socially independent. Thank you for your continued support! Below is our on-going needs list for our Chaska Drop In.
Donation Drop Off Options: Please drop off items during our open hours of 2:00-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Items we are always in need of: $10 gift cards, full-sized shampoo, men’s deodorant, bottles of water, food storage/take-out containers, cleaning supplies, smaller sized laundry detergent, and microwavable meals (non-refrigerated). Portable phone chargers are often requested by our youth as they need to keep their phones charged in order to respond to job offers and housing options.
At this time we do not need new sources of tie-blankets or Blessing Bags. Thank you!
A note about clothing: We are only currently taking specific clothing needs that we post on our weekly needs list which is on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
If you are in Chaska area, please donate any other clothing to the RAK at the corner of Chaska Blvd. and Audubon or Trending Upward Thrift Shoppe in Waconia between Wallgreens & Jimmy Johns on 5.

Hello, who can I talk to about looking into your ministry, Launch? I am the local outreach director of City Hill Church in Eden Prairie. I’m always looking for “hands on” mobilization of our membership to help those in need. We are currently working with IN Love, Word & Deed, a homeless ministry in downtown Mpls. I’d like someone to call me so we can chat and I can learn more about your ministry/organization. Are you a Christian based ministry/organization? Thank you, Kurt Ullrich.
Hi Kurt! This is Corey, director of Launch Ministry. We’d love to get connected with you (and have a number of friends who have been part of City Hill currently and in the past). If our volunteer coordinator Stephanie hasn’t contacted you yet, she will soon. Looking forward to figuring out how to partner together!
